Founder
KEVIN ELIGWE
President & Contractor
Our founder’s story is one of craft, conviction, and clarity.
Born in Rivers State, Nigeria, and educated in Architecture and Urban Design at Florida Atlantic University. A member of The Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society, the only national honor society for architecture and design majors that is accredited by the Association of College Honor Societies.
He spent over 10 years working for award-winning architecture and construction firms in South Florida, mastering design, modular systems, project management, and leading residential projects.
In just four years, he went from designer to general manager and later earned his license as a Certified Residential Contractor in the state of Florida.
Today, Eligwe Construction is the expression of his experience, a company built on the belief that great work speaks once and lasts forever.

Director of Design-Build
As Director of Design-Build, Kieme Eligwe blends over 10 years of program management and affordable housing experience with a deep passion for purposeful design. She leads with a vision that every structure can enhance quality of life by integrating innovation, sustainability, and inclusivity into every project. Guided by her certification as an Aging in Place Specialist, Kieme ensures the firm’s designs evolve with the needs of the communities they serve.

Vice President of Business Development
With more than 12 years of experience driving strategic growth, Soibi Alalibo shapes the firm’s business development through a blend of insight, creativity, and connection. She believes that every client partnership begins with understanding people; how they live, work, and build their futures. Through her background in digital strategy and her CIPD affiliation, Soibi helps position the firm as a trusted brand built on integrity, innovation, and collaboration.

Vice President of Construction
A former NFL linebacker turned construction leader, Markuss Eligwe brings over 8 years of experience in leadership, communication, and precision under pressure. His career in professional sports sharpened his ability to manage teams, anticipate challenges, and execute complex builds with discipline and focus. As Vice President of Construction, he channels that drive into delivering projects defined by quality, safety, and excellence.

Executive Operations Manager
With a background in mining engineering and over 7 years in project coordination and supply chain management, Glory Elekima ensures seamless execution from concept to completion. Her analytical mindset and operational expertise support efficient project delivery and resource optimization. As Executive Operations Manager, she bridges technical insight with process innovation to advance every phase of construction.
